Email and adoption metrics

The deliverability of the platform's communications and how many employees actually use the agent.

Email metrics

Under Emails (/email-metrics) you see how the platform’s own communications are doing. These aren’t phishing lures, but system emails: new campaign, expiration reminder, inactivity reminder and pending first-access reminder.

Email metrics in the qlture dashboard
Emails: sent, open rate and click rate, shown in total, across 30 days and by email type.

The screen shows sent, open rate and click rate, a 30-day timeline and a breakdown by email type. It answers: are my communications reaching people and engaging them?

Adoption

Under Adoption (/adoption) you measure how many employees have actually activated and use the desktop agent and the portal.

Adoption screen in the qlture dashboard
Adoption: overall rate, distribution by activity, platforms and the list of who needs attention.

The screen shows:

  • Adoption rate: adopters out of the total number of employees.
  • Distribution breaks people into active (7 days), dormant (30 days), long-dormant and never connected.
  • Platforms: desktop (Windows/macOS/Linux) and web.
  • Needs attention is the filterable list of who never connected or has gone quiet, so you can re-engage them.

Using them together

  • Adoption tells you whether people are on the platform; email metrics tell you whether your messages reach them. Low adoption + low open rate usually points to an onboarding or a deliverability problem.
