What it is
The Dashboard is the first screen of the panel (/) and the pulse of the program: in seconds you see how many people are engaging, where completion stalls and which campaigns perform.
What the screen shows
Four KPIs at the top:
| KPI | What it means |
|---|---|
| Active campaigns | How many campaigns are live, out of a total |
| Deliveries in progress | Deliveries under way, with how many already completed |
| Completion rate | Percentage completed (completed ÷ total) |
| Active users | Active employees, out of a total registered |
Below the KPIs:
- Top campaigns by completion: a ranking of published campaigns with progress and status.
- Completion trend by day tracks the pace of the program over time.
- Delivery funnel:
pending → delivered → viewed → completed. - Engagement by department, an adoption card, career metrics and a leaderboard.
- Content library, showing how many contents are published, drafts and archived.
How to use it
- Start your day here. The KPIs tell you whether the program is healthy; the trend shows whether it’s accelerating or losing traction.
- Find the bottleneck. If the completion rate is low, the delivery funnel shows at which stage people stop (didn’t open? opened and didn’t finish?).
- Compare areas. Engagement by department reveals where to reinforce communication.
If the tenant has no campaigns or deliveries yet, the dashboard shows an onboarding view with shortcuts to create the first campaign and build the catalog.
