Content library

The catalog of training materials (videos, PDFs, articles, and quizzes) that feed your campaigns.

What it is

The Library (/contents) is the repository for training materials. It only catalogs. Nothing is delivered to a collaborator straight from here; content reaches people once it enters a training campaign.

Library: create and organize content by type, status, and tags; only published items enter campaigns.

Types and status

Types: video, PDF, article, and quiz (there are also interactive simulations, installed via package).

Status: draft, published, archived. Only published content can be added to a campaign.

Create a content item

Under Library → New content:

  1. Choose the type and status (draft or published).
  2. Fill in the title (required), description, estimated duration (min), and tags (comma-separated, e.g. phishing, lgpd).
  3. Optionally, upload a file.
  4. Create. The item drops into the list; click it to open the detail view and edit.

To get started quickly, use Prebuilt package or Simulations, which install ready-made content all at once.

File uploads

Uploads go straight to storage (S3) via a pre-signed URL, with a progress bar. The platform stores a reference to the file (isolated per tenant), not a public URL; downloads use temporary links.

Publish

In the content detail view, edit the fields and change the status to Published, then save. Only then does it become available for campaigns. An archived item disappears from the lists; to reactivate it, set it back to Draft/Published and save.

Quizzes

Any content item can have one quiz (not just quiz-type items), edited right in the detail view:

  • Each question has a prompt, at least two options, the correct option, and an optional explanation (shown when the person answers wrong).
  • The passing score (passingScore) is the minimum percentage to pass (default 70%).
  • Rules: no duplicate options, the correct one must exist, and at least one question.

Avoid editing a quiz after collaborators have already answered — it can mark old answers as wrong and create inconsistencies in the delivery report.
