Where training happens
Everything you build in the Library and distribute through a training campaign reaches the employee under Training (/c/treinamentos), in the portal. The screen separates what’s to do from what’s already been completed.
The content player
When they open a training, the employee enters the player: the content is sliced into short pills, with step-by-step navigation. At the end, they log the reading and, if there is one, take the quiz.
The three formats the employee encounters:
| Format | What it is |
|---|---|
| Content (article, video, PDF) | Material in pills, read/watched step by step |
| Quiz | Multiple-choice questions; the minimum score defines passing |
| Simulation | An interactive scenario with decisions |
Pills, quiz, and completion
- Pills: long content is released gradually, at the cadence set by the campaign (daily, weekly…). The employee sees how many pills are already available.
- Quiz — at the end of the content, the employee answers the quiz. The minimum score (defined in the content) decides whether they pass; depending on the campaign, they can retake it and see the correct answers.
- Completion: when everything is finished (pills + quiz), the delivery becomes completed, generates XP, and issues the certificate.
That progress flows back to the manager’s dashboard: it feeds the campaign completion rate, Human risk, and the dashboard.
Review later
A completed training stays accessible in the history. The employee can review the content whenever they want (as in the image above, with the Review badge).
