Portal overview

The employee's side — how they sign in, what they find, and where. It's the flip side of everything you configure in the dashboard.

The employee portal

The employee does not use the management dashboard. Their experience takes place on two equivalent surfaces:

  • Desktop agent: an app installed on the computer that delivers training and announcements right in the workflow.
  • Web portal — the same experience in the browser (/c/...), useful when there’s no agent.

This section documents that portal from start to finish. If you’re a manager, this is what your employees see.

Employee portal
The employee portal is its own experience — gamified and in pt-BR — separate from the management dashboard.

How the employee signs in

Login is passwordless: the employee enters their email and receives an OTP code. In the portal, the session lives in a secure cookie (the long-lived token is never exposed to JavaScript); on the desktop agent, the token is stored encrypted on the device.

Access is provisioned via invitation or import, self-enrollment, or SCIM.

The portal menu

Each area of the portal, what it does, and where it’s documented in detail:

Area What the employee does Detail
Home Sees pending items, weekly missions, their streak, and the ranking —
Training Consumes the content: pills, quizzes, and simulations Training and content
Career Plays the gamified journey — missions and classes Careers and gamification
Achievements Tracks the badges they’ve unlocked —
Champion Runs the champion program (only for those who are) Security Champions
History Reviews what they’ve already completed, with scores —
Announcements Reads the notices directed at them Announcements
Report Reports a real incident (phishing, misconduct…) Reports
My reports Follows what they reported and the response Reports
Profile Sees progress, risk band, language, and notifications below

The employee profile

In Profile, the employee sees their own progress (level and XP), their risk band (the same logic as Human risk, from their point of view, where “lower is better”), their achievements, their language, and which automatic emails they want to receive.

Profile: progress (level/XP), the employee's own risk band, achievements, language, and notification preferences.

Everything connects to the dashboard

The portal isn’t an island. It’s a reflection of what you configure:

  • The training campaigns become the training that appears under Training.
  • The announcements show up as the notices.
  • The Security Champions program powers the champion portal.
  • And the employee’s behavior (completing, passing quizzes, reporting, clicking or not clicking a lure) comes back as adoption, human risk, and engagement metrics on your dashboard.
